Shipping policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on the OFF | LINE online store.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your parcel leaves us.

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched from Israel. After dispatch, delivery to a United States address usually takes 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, peak periods, weather and local carrier delays can extend them.

Tracking

A tracking number is included in your dispatch confirmation email. Tracking information can take up to 72 hours to become active after dispatch.

Duties and import taxes

Orders are shipped from Israel to the United States. Any import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees applied by U.S. authorities are not included in the product price or in the shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs, any return and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery costs may apply.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 consecutive business days, or if your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at shakedcohen57@gmail.com with your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the packaging and the item. We will open an investigation with the carrier and replace or refund the order where the claim is upheld.
