Refund policy
This policy applies to all orders placed on the OFF | LINE online store.
Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the order confirmation or another proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at shakedcohen57@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. Returns are shipped to our address in Israel; we will confirm the return address when we accept your request.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately at shakedcohen57@gmail.com if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items that cannot be returned
- For hygiene reasons, ear protection cannot be returned once its sealed packaging has been opened, unless the product is faulty.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
If you are not sure whether your item can be returned, contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the item you want.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If it is approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you have not received it, contact us at shakedcohen57@gmail.com.
