OFF | LINE is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including customers using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or other assistive technology.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This is an ongoing process, not a one-time fix — as we add new features and content, we review them against this standard.
What we've done so far
- Verified color contrast across the site meets minimum readability standards
- Made all interactive elements (buttons, product image zoom, FAQ, popups) operable by keyboard alone, not just mouse or touch
- Structured page headings in a logical, navigable order for screen reader users
- Added descriptive alt text to product images
- Ensured pop-up dialogs are properly announced to screen readers and can be closed with the Escape key

Known limitations
We are aware that full conformance requires ongoing testing across all parts of the site, including checkout and account pages, some of which run on Shopify's own platform infrastructure outside our direct control. We are continuing to review and improve.
